I created this program for years, working with women on building their self-worth. For years I observed and listened to how women think and behave, what limits them the most and what makes them thrive. For years I listened to their stories of how they felt about themselves, how much they lacked faith in themselves, how they focused on everything else around them, while forgetting about themselves.
At one time I also wouldn’t think about myself, in fact, I didn’t even realise I could be important for myself. As a child, I experienced things a small girl should not ever have experienced. My scars and traumas I got in the process were not my fault, but as an adult, the responsibility to change that was all on me, and so… I changed it. I built my self-worth for years, educating myself and getting to know myself. Today I know I am the writer of my story and regardless of where I come from and what my past is, the only important thing is where I am heading. I am no different from you, and if I have managed to create myself anew, then you can certainly do it, too.
And I will guide you through this process, as I have guided hundreds of women.
